The Deans Legal Services (TDLS) has been helping the residents of Saltdean, Rottingdean, Peacehaven and the whole of Brighton and Hove with their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate needs since 2016.

The Sole Principal – Kirsty Claridge FCILEX TEP – first qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013, achieving a specialist legal qualification in Wills and Probate. Since this time she has further achieved membership of Solicitors for the Elderly, and qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner, a CILEX Probate Practitioner and, most recently, a CLC Licensed Probate Practitioner.

TDLS became authorised for Probate services on the 8th March 2021. Authorisation is provided by CLC Regulation, one of the main legal regulators alongside The Law Society and CILEX Regulation. CLC Licensed Probate Practitioners are specialised, qualified probate lawyers with all associated practice rights.
